科研经历
2004.9-2007.6,在湖北大学生命科学学院攻读硕士学位,专业为动物遗传学。研究对象为果蝇,蝴蝶和蜘蛛等。所开展的课题为新基因的诞生和分子系统进化。在攻读硕士学位期间,以第一作者发表SCI论文一篇(Journal of Heredity,IF=2.79)。
2007.7-2008.3,在湖北大学生命科学学院细胞遗传实验室从事实验员工作。除开展科研工作以外,帮助实验室负责人撰写基金申请书。由本人撰写的申请书《内含子的丢失与物种辐射之间的关系》获得2008年国家自然科学基金面上项目的资助。此外还参与了《遗传学教程》的编写工作。
2008.4-2008.7,受湖北大学细胞遗传实验室负责人的派遣,到云南省资源环境重点实验室开展合作研究工作。在此期间,在张亚平院士的课题组从事分子系统进化与环境的关系的研究工作。
2008.8 -2011.9,在浙江大学生命科学学院攻读博士学位,专业为生物化学与分子生物学。主要的研究工作是RNA二级结对pre-mRNA剪接的影响。在攻读博士期间,以并列第一作者身份发表SCI论文一篇。(Nature Structural & Molecular Biology,IF=13.68),并且获得了两项奖励(研究生一等奖学金,三好研究生)。此外,还参与了《新型I型糖尿病口服药物的研制和中试》的部分研究工作。
2011.10-2015.09,在浙江大学生命科学学院从事博士后研究工作。目前,以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文四篇[Journal of Heredity,IF=2.79;Genome (两篇), IF=1.693;Trends in Evolutionary Biology,新杂志],以合作作者身份发表论文两篇(RNA Biology,IF=5.68;Nature Communications,IF=12.38)。获得国家自然科学基金青年项目一项(23万元),国家博士后基金两项(合计10万元),浙江省博士后择优资助项目一项(5万元)。2012年6月,获得得浙江大学中级职称(助理研究员)。
2015.10-至今, 武汉生命之美科技有限公司,实习PI(副研究员)。主责多个科研合作项目,已接受发表论文四篇,另有多篇文章在审稿和修回中。
